It limits the number of samples that any anisotropic filtering uses based on the size of texture pixels. Set Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimisation to " Off". Prefer maximum performance locks the GPU into a higher voltage and higher clock state. Set the "Power management mode" to " Prefer maximum performance". A small queue would have low latency but if the CPU fails to keep up, the GPU won't have anything to process and will idle until the command buffer arrives (late) resulting in stutter. A large queue would buffer against frame rate inconsistencies due to the CPU not being on time but would add latency since the command buffers sent to the GPU process are "old" vs what is being simulated by the game. The Max Pre-rendered Frames setting controls the size of the flip queue. I haven't tested only changing the settings for Warface. I changed my settings in " Global Settings". Next, move to the " Manage 3D Settings" tab. Right click on your desktop, open up NVIDIA Control Panel.įirst open the " Ajust Image Settings with Preview" tab. None of this will get you banned, no need to worry. If you have a different GPU than me or play other games, your results might vary. Also, tabbing in and out (ALT+TAB) is much, much quicker. I tried some of that stuff and did some research and I got an increase of 10-50 FPS in most maps and I feel like the game runs runs slightly smoother.
